It’s A Dead Man’s Party . . . we hope that you can come!

DeadMan's Party

It’s time for a little spooky fun, at the Dead Man’s Halloween party! This fun-loving skeleton crew design was a bit of a challenge. I had very tiny pieces all laid out on my workspace, and as long as I didn’t breathe hard or had a visit from my kitty assistants, setting everything in place with a pair of craft tweezers was more of a trick than a treat! The finished piece is a little too big for a card, but that detailed piece of Memory Box paper was just too beautiful to cut. I used a total of 20 different steel craft dies to create about 149 separate slips of paper that came together on the finished tableau. My favorite element is the small hydrangea blooms from the Poppystamps new release, and the shiny Memory Box pearl centers that make up these dapper gentleman’s boutineers. Have a spooky, magical Halloween, and save me a Snickers bar!

Live your life in color!

I know how delicate and beautiful the work is! Myself and our feline sons could not even breathe wrong around the piece, but it turned out wonderful. A piece suitable for framing!
