This stack of holiday teacups is my fun and festive salute to tea, the most popular drink world wide! Here in the South, we drink a lot of sweet tea, especially flavored varieties like peach or citrus. Up North they call it Iced Tea. When I lived in China, all I ever drank was tea! I even visited a beautiful tea plantation way up in the mountains of Southern China. It was early in the morning, just after sunrise. As we silently rode our bicycles through patches of misty fog, the fresh smell of the dew on the tea leaves and berries drifted through the air. It truly is one of the most beautiful places on earth!
