The Card Concept #64: Pretty Things

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to our very first challenge of 2017 from The Card Concept! We’re kicking off 2017 with Pretty Things! What’s prettier than a kitty?

I created a Freestyle Collage card, which can be done in any style and combines unrelated elements to create a finished card. It’s my favorite because it is so versatile. There were so many elements that I found great inspiration from: the rich, luxe gold colors, the shiny foil, the gold dots, the pink blooms, and the beautiful cat coat patterns.Of course, that kitty sure is pretty too!

2016 was a wonderful year for me with The Card Concept. I was so inspired by the creativity of the entire team, and am sorry to bid a fond farewell to a few designers of 2016. I would also love to welcome our newest members to the 2017 team! Be sure to visit their blogs and wish them a warm welcome!
