Hello Everyone!
Welcome to the Paper Sweeties July New Release Party! We have some beautiful new designs featuring projects created with our new release, Kindness Matters Sweet Cuts and Stamps, and Rectangle Scallop Frames! Today, I am sharing a cheerful card using one of the sentiments from Kindness Matters.
I stamped the sentiment in gold on a piece of confetti vellum, then used embossing powder and a heat gun for the pretty, raised letter effect. The Circle Scallops, Sweet Borders, and hearts are all die cut from paper and colored vellum.
