Have you ever had one of those weekends where you’ve just felt like hanging around your house? So many people have been quarantined for so long they are just busting to get out and about. But for a lot of other folks, essential workers, teachers, retail associates, grocery store workers, delivery drivers, first responders, health care workers, and so many others, a week of work means long, hard hours, physical and emotional exhaustion, and a week of hot, damp, ear-itching masks. This card is for all those folks that love a weekend at home, in a comfy cool place, catching up on a little rest and Netflix! Of course, perhaps making a card or two as well!
Thanks so much for dropping by my blog today, and for swinging by the Poppystamps blog too! We have loads of great inspiration and ideas from our amazing design team, along with challenges and prizes too! Come on in and take a look!
Welcome to the Poppystamps November Challenge! This month, our theme is Faerie Kingdom, and I am sharing a card I created featuring the very magical Sugarplum Faerie! You can find beautiful faerie inspiration, and link up your faerie themed project using at least one Poppystamps die or stamp, over at the Poppystamps blog right here: http://poppystamps.typepad.com/
Take a closer look at my Sugarplum Faerie Card!
To create the Sugarplum Faerie, start with the Brilliant Leaf Frame adhered onto a crisp white card base! Add a collection of Stitched Oak Trio leaves in glittery green papers and a few large berries. Cut the Scribble Snowflake Circle in a dazzling white glitter paper, and add the Winterland Faerie in your favorite Sugarplum color, mounted with a little bit of foam pop dots ! Finish off with your favorite faerie sequins and voila!
Now it’s your turn! We can’t wait to see what you will create!
