It’s a Merry & Bright holiday whenever coffee and doughnuts are in the picture! We have had such dark and gloomy skies here all day that it was very difficult to get a good picture! I had to use some extra lighting, which washed out the gorgeous color and shine in this holiday treats card. The Merry & Bright was created with oxide inks and water, which I love because it looks like falling snow! You have got to see this card in person! Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day 3

Hello Everyone!

It’s Day 2 of the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and I have been so inspired by the coffee themed ideas that have been POURING in so far!  Did you catch that pun there? Maybe I need a little more coffee to be a little funnier, or maybe I have had too much! Usually my mornings begin like this!

Today I am sharing a card I created that celebrates the FALL in the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! When I was growing up and living in Wisconsin, my Autumn mornings were always frosty! I lived in giant sweaters and thick pink socks! I used to trudge to my undergrad classes in warm, pink space boots! WhenI found this beautiful Unity stamp tucked away in a pack of stamps I borrowed from one of my favorite crafty friends a few weeks ago, I knew I had to make a card for the upcoming Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Hop! It’s just a fun little CAS card, created with an awesome stamp set and a few copic markers. Now that we live in Florida, those frosty coffee mornings are just warm memories of family, college friends, and warm snugglies!

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

The other day I had my first Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season, followed by the new pumpkin spice Oreos! Am I tired of PSL yet? It’s only just begun, and it’s my favorite time of the year, and I can’t get enough! I also can’t get enough terrific fall coffee lovers cardmaking ideas either! Today’s coffee themed creation is done in a style that I have been doing a lot of all summer, when my bright and sunny craft room is transformed into an easy bake oven by noon. The style is hard to describe, a bit CAS, a bit bold and graphic, clean lines, and full of color! I love working with and combining detailed die cuts most of all, mixing and matching from my favorite die companies. Today, I am sharing my coffee loving kitty!

Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop Winner!
